1. Make pastry by mixing flour, salt, and sugar 2. Add butter and mix until pea-sized 3. Slowly add ice water until dough forms 4. Chill for 1 hour 5. Roll dough into a circle and place in tart pan 6. Peel and slice apples, arrange in concentric circles 7. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter 8. Bake at 400°F for 45-60 minutes until golden 9. Heat apricot jelly with Calvados and brush over tart 10. Serve warm or at room temperature
